    On 6-3-22 Cool Operations was hired to troubleshoot an ac system because it wasn't cooling properly. They advised it needed a new condensing unit. Their technician installed a used one at a cost of $800.00. It was witnessed being installed by my tenant and tenant states the technician did not recharge the system with freon as required and left stating it was complete. After complaining to the owner, *** ********, he investigated the incident with his technician and technician admit he did not recharge the system as required. Mr, ******** the came out and recharged the system which began to cool but within 2 weeks stopped. Mr. ******** after several demands from me finally came out and investigated the problem and stated that it wasn't the condensor that was previously installed by his technician but now was the indoor evaporator coil leaking the freon. If proper procedure had been followed with the system being recharged the true leak would have been spotted but instead Mr. ******** wants to now charge for another part of the system we believe should have been corrected initially. On top of that the 30 day warranty he provided unwillingly he states has now expired but it never worked to begin with because of the technicians negligence.
