    I was wanting to purchase a vehicle from GTI motors which was by the way in a SATURDAY and in the process of doing it, they had get wage verification and since HR was closed on a Saturday, the sales man told me if I give her $500 she would hold the car I wanted to purchase until she is able to speak with someone from HR Monday. Well no word back and I felt something wasn't right so I ask to come get my $500 refundable holding money back but through email or text message no reply. So I go down there anyways and the contract she gave me, she claimed I signed in the spot that says "Non Refundable" but that part of the contract was faded away. So after going back and fourth with them about and I also called Richland law enforcement they refused to give my money back. I wished someone had of warned me before I stepped a foot in these crooks yard of business. This establishment needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Especially reading everyone else's reviews.

    I really thought this was a great company. I had a wonderful car buying experience or so I thought. I said I wanted something reliable that comes with a warranty from the start. I was approved quickly and sold a beautiful 2013 Range Rover. I thought the pricing and everything was a good deal. The check engine light came on a month after purchasing it. The warranty literally covers nothing!! I had to buy a new radiator because it was leaking coolant. I had to pay 2500 for a turbocharger. Check engine light went off then came right back on. I took it back to the shop and they said it could be the start of a transmission problem. Last week I got into a wreck and it’s totaled. I just found out I was overcharged for the vehicle. The car value is 9,800 which is way less than what I owe. Now I’m stuck without a vehicle and still paying for it.

    They are the worst. Purchased a 2013 kia optima in 2021. Didn't know my car had the recall on the motor. Gdi motor to be exact. Now my engine locked up and kia won't replace because they sent the recall out to the previous owner in 2018. I purchased it in 2021. They won't fix my car. Now I'm out of a car and still paying on it. They knew it was a recall they should of had it done before I purchased it.

    Spent $15,000 on a hunk of metal! My car had issues one week from purchase and when I told him I wanted to return it for my down payment, he assured me he’d work with me to “make it right” then blocked my number and completely ghosted me. Do NOT buy from these crooked people! Their google reviews must be fake!

    I got a car from them the follow week the engine light came up I went to the shop fo have it fixed they ran a diagnosis apparently it had other issues told the dealership about it only for them to say I got warranty the shop contacted the warranty people they said it doesn’t cover it dealership sold a car with a bad radio told me they was gonna change it they had some guy who was watching a YouTube video on how to change radio change the radio only for it to get locked they told me I got to go to a Chevy dealership to unlock it went to one they said they was gonna charge me told the dealership they ignored me the whole time I was driving a car I just got with no radio and backup camera and and they also put me in debt with a financing company after going behind my back to change they financing company I originally signed to

    I brought a car from them 2 months ago, the motor is knocking in the car and they’re not taking any responsibility for the vehicle and telling me it’s my problem. I have only put 5k miles on the car, when i went to get a oil change the dealership ask me did i know about the motor being bad in the past I told them no because they told me the car never had a problem before . A thousand miles later the motor is locked up in the car and they’re telling me they never had any knowledge of the car having motor problems. The warranty there selling is a total lie. It’s not even covering half of the cost to get it fixed. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

    Brought a vehicle from them 3 days later car broke down. They gave me the run around about the vehicle. Bearly answering my calls or getting back with me about the vehicle.

    Ms, Allen you purchased a 2019 Malibu with 162,000 miles, as-is no dealer warranty. few days into your purchase, your ac compressor locked up, and we offered to help you replace it despite we have no obligation whatsover to fix your compressor; no one can foretell when a part like a compressor would fail. we ordered your part promptly to help you with a courtesy repair.

    First week having the truck all lights came on took it to them they reset the lights now the following week my vehicle isn’t shifting past first gear they aren’t returning my call and when I went back up there no care given
