    I purchase a fence from All American Fence in **. I called about some repairs had to be fixed. The girl in the office **** asked me did the mexican crew put in your fence, I said yes, she then said they had fired them for lousy work and she would make sure we get taken care of. Well, that was over 2 months ago!! Tried to calling many times always got voicemail, left message with no call back. Finally I called the sales person and she was going to call the office. **** called me and I asked for a supervisor to come out and look at the problem, well they sent out workers so I called the office and the owner called and was very rude and said he had to much to do and sent the workers back, while he was screaming at me, he hangs up and sends me a text F-*** *** US! I still have the text! So they come back and had to put cement in about 8 posts out of 10!!! But didn't fix my gates. They were installed with a gap about 8 inches of the ground, the whole purpose of me getting a fence was for my new puppy and he can get under that!!! So I called the salesperson this past week and she came out and my husband and I went over everything that had to be fixed. So they show up today ,go right to the fence and not even let know they're here and chopped up some cement that needed to come up. They started to leave an I said what about the gate???? They said they can fix it for ****** and walked away. I called my husband(he was at work) and he wanted to talk to the one worker ****** and all 4 of the workers just kept walking back to the truck like I wasn't calling them!! Totally ignored me!!! **** from the office calls me and tells me they're not fixing the gates and she wanted to talk to my husband. She called him and told him too they won't fix the gate!! THIS COMPANY IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! Look at their ******** page and see the bad reviews!!!I paid ****. for this fence and I expect it to be fixed, it's under warranty and they did lousy work! Please help me!!!

    The job was done sloppy. Did not do what they said they were going to do. If I questioned anything, I was talked to unprofessionally and threatened to have the work stopped. Not happy.

    I don't understand the poor review here. Not once have we gotten a complaint from Mrs. ****** If she has a complaint; I'd be happy to address it. If it is workmanship issue; I'll be happy to correct it. The job was not done sloppily. We installed the fence just as we had discussed. Also, when we made the deal, there was about 40 feet of really tall and thick bamboo that was suppose to have been removed to make way for the fence. It was not. All American Fence payed the for the labor to remove and dispose of the bamboo and we were NOT REIMBURSED. Mr. ***** wanted to make demands about how the fence should be installed; different than what was agreed too. I've never met, spoke to, or even knew Mr. ***** existed until the morning we arrived to start the job. Mr. Elich threatened to "Stop The Job" until we came to an agreement. He threatened it, and I stopped work for two days until we worked it out.......and we did. Just as the contract specified and was negotiated. Also, there was never a bottom wire contracted for the chainlink fence; However, Mrs. Elich held $350.00 on the premise that it was. Also, we were very accommodating to them. We originally were suppose to install Shadow box style fence and after installing about 20' of it, they wanted to change it to Board on Board type fence and we did, without question. When we asked to be payed for the extra work with the bamboo being removed and hauled off they didn't want to pay, but they held money on the work because a bottom tension wire that wasn't even contracted. When we could not come to agreement, we parted ways, but they seemed to be happy. I would have been too.....getting hundreds of dollars worth of work out of someone for free These are the facts:

    (1) We installed the fence with the techniques we agreed upon.
    (2) We did everything that the contract required
    (3) The customer was happy when we left; for the fact that they kept $350.00 for a service that was not included and did not pay for.
    (4) We paid for bamboo to be removed that was suppose to be removed by the customer without reimbursement.
    (5) We changed the style of their fence without question or any additional charge.
    (6) Neither Mrs. ***** or Mr. ***** has called us about any complaint or problems.

    I think that The ******** are a bit bitter because I refused to install a bottom tension wire on their fence. Something that was extra and they did not pay for and also held money back wrongly for. They also refused to pay me for the extra labor involved in removing the bamboo. We never threatened anyone. However, Mr. ***** did make demands for changes after the contract was negotiated, which we were willing to do, but for the extra cost of the labor that was involved.
