The company installed a brand new AC to my ocean front condo but the closet door was damaged (AC unit is in the closet). The guest (short term rental) report to me the same night when AC was installed and my cleaner reported the same thing when the guest left and she do the departure cleaning. However the company refused to provide any compensation. The only reason they gave to me is the installer said they did not do it, so they did not do it!

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/30) */ We have spoken to Wei **** multiple times after the date of installation of her HVAC equipment. She stated we broke her door that goes to her closet where the air handler is located. We spoke with our Install team and they stated that the door was already broken at the time of installation. The original call from Wei **** to our office was because she wanted a discount on the install of her system. We informed her that the proposal she had signed dyas before the install was the final price and there were no additional discounts that we could give. She called multiple times again asking for better prices and we informed her there were still no additional discounts we could give her. After she realized she was not getting a cheaper price she then called into the office stating the we had broken her door. It feels like to me Wei **** is just trying to get something for free since we would not give a discount after the contract was signed. Below is also the Google review posted as well as our response to the review. At this point there is nothing else Conway Air Conditioning can do for Wei ****. Let me know if there is anything I need to do. Thanks Ryan
