My toilet seal has been leaking for two weeks I have tried to reach brb and the plumber for two weeks with no response This builder after you settle on you house they don't want to have anything to do with you The fans in the house don't work right If you don't turn off the switch they will come on anytime of the day or nightBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/01) */ Addressed so-called leaking toilets multiple times every time we went out there could not find a leak it was visible that the client was urinating on the floor and it was not a leaky toilet as far as the lights go they are remote control fans there is something in his house interfering with the signal we got the manufacturer to replace the fan lights with new to see if that would help it did not as they stated from the beginning that it is most likely something in the house interfering with it and the homeowner would need to log what time is happening so they could help narrow it down he's refusing to work with the manufacturer that's willing to help him solve the issue there is nothing we could do
