My wife and I wished to have our loan resoded and some other landscaping done In early March of 2023. We were approached by Mr. ********************** on March 13th. He said that he could complete the job right away for $4,000 and if we paid him what we could afford right away and the balance when he finished he would start work that Friday the 15th. He did not start on the 15th but started texting my wife almost constantly that he needed another $700 to buy the sod before he could. We hustled to come up with the additional $700 which we Zillow to him on the 21st. Since that time we have only received a series of unfulfilled promises about starting the work we paid for. After a month of waiting for him to fulfill any of his many promises to start work we told him to return the $3,000 we had convinced us to give him and would pay him if and when he actually began the work. To date, he has not returned our money nor attempted to fulfill any promise to start work and as stopped responding to our inquiries in any manner. We now believe he has no intention of either doing the work he stated in the invoice he provided back in March nor returning our $3000 We Zillow and cash ap him
