    Worst service department and service ever! For the second time, I was stranded by my GMC Acadia Denali with less than ***** miles. I contacted the dealership because my car was completely frozen and I couldn't even get it in ******* to push it out of the road. I then waited in 100-degree weather for 4 hours until a tow truck that I called came and took it to the dealership. Four days later, I was called and told that it was the same problem that it had been towed for the first time. I was also billed for a tow and had no way to get to the dealership to pick it up so they told me they could hire someone to bring it to me. This service department is INSANE and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them or a ***. Goodbye ***!

    Customer has a 2021 GMC ACADIA that currently has no warranty left on it outside of the Emissions Warranty. Her failure happened to be covered under that warranty. The vehicle broke down in *********,SC on Sat. She contacted GM roadside Assistance and when they didn't show up in a timely manner she called back and was given the phone number to Twilight, the towing company that services our dealership.The vehicle was towed here and it was diagnosed and repaired on Tuesday as we are closed on Sundays and we were closed for Labor Day on Monday. ******** was contacted and she demanded her vehicle get delivered back to her in ********* (226 miles away) because her parents were in *****. We advised her unfortunately that was not an option, and she would have to take delivery of it here at the dealership. As far as her complaint of repairs not being fixed on prior visits, she had a concern on 10/04/2021 that was determined to be a faulty fuel pump control module.
