      My water bill is continuously going up. No one from the company has come to check my meters (2) total or for drain issues. We get all drainage from other neighbors from down flow. I had a plumber come look for leeks and found none. We had a small settlement crack in new pool and that had been corrected and 2 letters 1 from plumber and other from pool company stating that there were no leeks found and letter from pool company stating small crack was repaired. My water bill is from 550.00 to 800.00 per month.

No one has been to my property to look for any leaks or drain issues. No one has come to look at my 2 separate meters to check if they are working properly

      On 6-02-22 I paid a $183.00 deposit to start services. In July I open a late notice stating that as of 7-5-22 they have not received a $55.41 payment with a due date of 7-11-22. I called GSWS to inquire and to request a copy of the original bill, for I had not received one. Following that I received a reprinted bill dated 6-15-22 with no service period and zero water usage, for $26.76 base charge and $22.50 for Lakeview dumpster (GSWS courteously bills for town of lakeview trash) with a due date of 7-01-22. Around the same time I received another bill dated 7-15-22 with a usage period from 6-03-22 to 6-04-22 for $117.50, which included 2900 water usage, another $26.76 base charge, another $22.50 for dumpster and the $52.62 from the previous bill, minus the reversed late charge. I have disputed the "double charge" with both GSWS and Lakeview town hall and they both insist that I was not charged twice for the same service dates. Through numerous phone calls and visits to both offices they have always given me different responses as an excuse as to why they would not credit my account for the overcharge. Finally GSWS stated that they bill in arrears, which only supports that I was double billed.
