    Had car dropped off to be looked at for rear subframe on May 15th. Took owner a while to return my call & text. After I heard from him I brought him out 1500 cash as a deposit on a 3000$ repair. It is now September 9th after texting him for months following up on the repairs that document everything positive it'll be fixed. Today after being asked for photo updates he told me he can't fix the car..... again last week with no pics requested, my car was almost complete. Business man is a scam running an old run down dump of a shop in cross SC mainly doing tire changes from what I can tell. Tried to put faith is his ability & he fell short without promise of any money back. Told me to get my car out of his shop

    As you can see everything from Cross Automotive & tire was positive up till I asked for photo update today. He has now broken contact & looks as though text were blocked. He has a 1500 deposit & my wife's infinity fx35
     Refuses to show the car status..... have my doubts it's been touched.  40ish miles away apparently I'll have to drive out to see?

    Will not return my car to me didn’t work on my car had my car for over 3 months threaten me with a gun to leave the property trying to scam me out of my car up charge and scam people running a chop shop has stolen cars on his property will not tell me how much I owe for a “storage fee” which he’s scamming me by giving me the run around for 3 months now I want my property back and won’t return my vehicle to me I’m the rightful owner there’s no paperwork of me agreeing to sign anything
