    My Chrysler town and country was fixed by this company. They replaced all the breaks, rotors and calibers I picked my vehicle up at the end of October. In total I paid $1359.62 for it to be February and my vehicle sounds worse than it did when I dropped it off the first time. I was told I need back break pads and rotors and I am only warranty for the caliber. I feel this company is messing up my car on purpose why did I just put all this money into my vehicle and now they are asking for another $900.

    Van presented on July 30th 2022 with a brake noise complaint. Inspected the van and found all the brakes grinding from stuck calipers. Upon approval all the brake calipers, rotors and pads were replaced. Customer notified van was ready on July 31 2022. On Oct 10 2022 Customer picked up the van. Mileage was 203392.

    Feb 8, 2023 Van towed in and customer said the brakes were grinding again. Inspected the brakes and found the left rear brake was grinding. Inspection showed that the left rear park brake cable was frozen in the ON position causing the caliper to place the left rear brake in the on position. With the cable frozen the left rear brake could not release and when driven it just tore through the brake pads and rotor.  Informed the customer that the brake cables needed to be replaced along with the left rear caliper,rotor and pads. Without replacing the brake cables and only the caliper, pads and rotor will result in the brake grinding again in a matter of weeks.Customer wanted us to warranty the job completely. Told customer it was not our fault the brake cable froze and damaged the left rear brake. Mileage when presented on Feb 8 is 216290. 

    Our standard warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. Van is out of the mileage warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: The shop say my emergency break cable was froze. When back in 2020 my emergency break cable was cut I found this out from myson tires when they replaced a tire and he told me I was fine that I just couldn't use my emergency break so how if it is not working would it freeze. Do not trust these people they probably messed my car up on purpose for me to keep bringing it back to them never will I bring it back to them I am disgusted.
