    One of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms light dont work. Only Half of the receptacles work in the bedroom with the light that dont work. Everytime we try to call them they NEVER pick up the phone, we can text them and they never reply. This has been going on for a couple of months at the least. Last time I heard from them which was probably close to two months ago , they said they were gonna make a *********** to come and never did that. Im scared that it may be a fire hazard that those lights and receptacles arent working but everything else in the house works. The water only gets **** warm in both of the bathtubs. It doesnt get hot enough to wash in. Im tired them giving me and my family the run around. Ever since the trailer was pulled out they have been nothing but slow. ***** company is poorly ran & they always come up with excuses when it comes to fixing something at my house. ******* family are just tired of dealing with them , if they would just come out and do their job it would be greatly appreciated!! It makes no sense how they never respond to us. This company has no get up and go ******* very frustrating. All I know is if those dead receptacles and lights cause an electrical fire in this house this company will be getting sued real quick. I have a 4 month old daughter and I dont want anything happening to her because of an issue with this house that should have already been fixed !

    I purchased a mobile home March 2, 2021 and they have left this home on the lot for over a year unfinished. I have called this business several times a week trying to get them to come and finish the job. I have paid for a port-a-**** for a year that was required to be left on the lot for workers to use even though there are no workers. They left a huge pile of garbage in the yard that we had to go over and clean ourselves. I have had to pay mortgage payments on a house that no one can live in because they have not got the Certificate of Occupancy. We are now over 2 full years since the original purchase date. This was not a house that had to be built. It was a mobile home that was delivered and the company was supposed to finish the set up and have not done so. When I do get a hold of someone from that company, they keep saying they will call me back and usually dont. They will say they are working on getting us finished and keep saying they have an inspection scheduled but no one ever shows up.
