Any standard ordered item can be returned for any reason within 30 daysof delivery for a refund subject to the terms and conditions of ourReturn Policy below.

We do not deductoutgoing shipping costs from your credit - it's our way ofstanding behind our products.  We do subtract a restocking fee of 20% ofthe sale price on all items accepted for return to partially offset theexpense of inspection, processing and fees imposed by our suppliers.

Return Policy and Procedure
Contactus by telephone or email prior to your return and we will provide youwith a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address.  It isalways a good idea to insure your return for its full value againstloss or damage - this is usually not expensive.  Include your name,address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return.  Onceyour return is underway, email the Tracking Number to:[email protected].  This helps us to keep an eye on things andto properly credit your return.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be received in original, new and re-stockable condition. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will informyou and duly credit the card used to make your purchase less a 20%restocking charge.
Special orders and customized orders do not qualify for refunds.Items not returned in original, new and re-stockable condition do notqualify for a refund.  Items returned without a Return Authorizationalso do not qualify for a refund.  Items returned that do not qualifyfor a refund will be held for up to 10 days pending your instructions todonate the item to a thrift charity, destroy or return-to-you (at yourexpense).

Exchange Policy
Exchangescan be made under our Return Policy and Procedure (above).  You canorder the new item you wish through our website and we will providecredit for your old item once it has been returned and accepted.  Or,you can return your old item for credit first and then order your newitem.  A restocking fee of 20% will be withheld on all returns acceptedfor exchange.
