    Both Keith and Jerod are both jerks. My home is full of bugs and they blame it on me. I have had problems ever since I moved to the home. They don’t want to fix anything. I have called the city multiple times with no response. Definitely would advise to stay away from them!

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning situation that I have experienced during my time as a resident at Best Choice condos I have been residing in apartment [B] for almost three months now, and unfortunately, I have encountered a series of distressing incidents that have compelled me to reach out to you. Firstly, I would like to address the issue I have been facing with my roommate. We have been involved in a domestic dispute, which has created an unsafe living environment for both of us. I understand that such situations can be challenging to handle, but I would appreciate it if the management could take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Furthermore, I want to bring to your attention the actions taken by the office manager, which I believe were illegal and unacceptable. Recently, without any prior notice or legal procedure, I was illegally evicted from my apartment. The locks were changed without my consent, leaving me without access to my personal belongings and a place to stay. This action not only violated my rights as a tenant but also demonstrated a lack of regard for the legal procedures that should be followed in such situations. Additionally, I was deeply disturbed by the office manager's indifference towards a serious incident involving my roommate pulling a weapon on me. Despite reporting this incident to the management, I did not receive the support and attention that such a grave matter warrants. It is crucial for the management to prioritize the safety and well-being of all residents and take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

    As a management company we shouldn't be getting invoived in personal matters of any tenant. She was instructed to call the police in regards to the weapon incident since there is nothing we would have been able to do except possibly make the situation worse by one of them thinking we were taking sides. From what I understand from the remaining roommate, she had already left and the manager tried contacting her without success. It was the roommate that changed the locks and when the manager found out she was changing them she went over to get a copy of the key. Once again tried contacting the roommate that left to inquire about her belongings still in the townhome. Eventually she was able to make arrangements with her to pick up her belongings. The manager also contacted the police to inquire if an officer could be there to ensure nothing would transpire between the tenants or the tenants with the manager. Neither tenant was being evicted. Both were given a letter, provided by the court to the manager, to ask both roommates to vacate so no further instances can occur between them or the other residents in the same building.

    Judy B*** @ Best Choice Property Management is the most rude landlord anyone should have to deal with, that is if you ever can reach her in a timely manner with any needs or concerns you may have of the rental property your're leasing from them. Be aware of this business/They are not even BBB acredited even though they been in business 10 years, I DO NOT SEE HOW !!!

    Unfortunately, ***** and her husband have been with us for a year. They have not been paying rent on time, we've tried to assist them with getting rental assistance to no avail. The owners have been put in a financial bind and even though the tenants have now caught up; with their rent, their lease is expiring and they are being asked to vacate the property. If they don't vacate an eviction will be started. The owners can not be put in a financial hardship because a tenant can't pay their rent. We've gone out of our way to help them but can't do anything further. They need to vacate or the eviction process will begin.

    Judy you need to stop the lies I’ve got proof of all texts between us and so does Quincy also we were never compensated or offered out of the lease when the problems began or offered lodging which was against lease policies and fair housing or reduction in rent amount while we had to wait 5 months on the repairs in this home that are still not finished as of yet 7/30/22 You have been the rude one here and I will do whatever it takes to make sure you never do another tenant this way again ever !!!!! We have all documentation needed against you and BBB sorry to say Judy never helped us with anything not even the landlords responsibility of getting people out here when we had issues with anything she lies and doesn’t respond back to you when needed until it’s to late yes we got behind in rent because of Covid in the home and deaths in the family as well as losing my job for a time but zero rent is owed to you or your property management as of this date secondly you did maybe 2 emails to the woman I myself only was working with at SHARE to get rental and utilities assistance you did nothing for that so don’t you dare take credit for anything you’re not a good person or a good landlord NO ONE a should ever rent from you and besides this house was falling apart before you rented it to us and you know it so does the owner as well no improvements have been done to this house in years if ever …… I hope and pray the next tenants don’t allow you to treat them the way you treated us and we was the best tenants and as far as the owner you lie on them as well about the house they have plenty of money and this house doesn’t cost them hardly anything to pay it’s the mortgage house they bought they living in now ….. Mr York has owned this home for well over 35 years or more it’s been paid for probably 3 times over I’ve checked it out you know it is all public access so don’t you dare come writing here that I am rude or obnoxious I got the messages and hounding harassing you done to me and Quincy entire time then when we needed you as our landlord you did nothing remember you can’t stay out the doctors offices or well enough to help tenants so you shouldn’t even be a landlord until you know you can deliver and be healthy enough to be the proper landlord trust I’ve got all the evidence against you personally and your company as well and re read lease property management companies have to give 30 days notice to vacate well guess what august 21 isn’t 30 days re check tenants rights thank you !!!!!
