    Bought a truck in Nov 2024. Thought the rear end was giving trouble in Jan. Family auto told me i had 2 year warranty. Took it to a shop. Rear end is gone. Completely rusted under vehicle. They want to cut the frame all the way down and rebuild it from bottom up. They want talk to me on the phone or give me any answers. They want to put me bck in that same vehicle and thats not a good idea. I would not want to do business with them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone. All they sell is JUNK.

    I have a 2006 ****** ***** and headed on the road for maybe a month. Then the transmission went out on it had a whole problem with that getting the tracking number. That’s all I was asking for they told me I was harassing them blah blah blah and ask them for help because I didn’t think it was right. They sold me a truck that had this many problems and then the truck came out of the shop and I even a week later went back into the shop for another problem that I had to pay another hundred dollars for spoke to somebody that they was going to speak to their boss to see if they could help me out with every week going into the shop paying $100 plus the car bill and then get told they can’t do anything about it. They happy that I got my truck back I understand this is a used truck, but I did not realize that I had to fix a big problems as soon as I got to use truck and I’ve talked to the head person at family auto of Easley. I’ll talk to the corporate. and there’s nothing they can do. They can at least meet me halfway the first time it was in the Shop area just asked him could they pay half of the deductible? I got told no some customer service I asked for help and she was supposed to call me back Monday today is July 9 Tuesday I had to call her I got told her we can was hard she didn’t remember even talking to me. So all I’m gonna do from now on his record every phone call that I make into that place or they call me. It’s gonna be recorded from now on and everybody that needs to do the same and I’m probably going to get backlash for this but it is what it is I’m speaking the truth they don’t wanna help I had to get the owner to give me the tracking number to my transmission. I just don’t understand it.

    They fix cars good enough for a test drive then when it tears up, days later, they send you to Bradley Auto, which should be ashamed to call themselves mechanics. I will never advise anyone to buy a car from Family Auto. I was warned but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. If I could give 0 stars, that's what they'd get. Great customer service, terrible cars. Do better for the people.

    Family Auto Of Easley is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. there cars are lemons, there customer service is poor, they also will harras you

    0/10. My car has been in the shop for 9 weeks and no one will tell me what is going on with my car! I haven’t missed one payment, I’ve been very nice to everyone and the lady that runs the phone has been RUDE to me 3 different times, cutting me off in the middle of me speaking, YAWNING in the middle of her sentence, very rude and unprofessional. It started at ***** **********, they said it was the transmission and went through 4 different ones, then I was told it was sent to *****, I call them and I’ve talked to them ONE time! I’ve called multiple times and they will not answer so fast forward to now, I have NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. There is so so much more to this story. Stay away from family auto, ain’t nothing family about them!

    This company is absolutely horrible. They sell cheap cars and price them at high end used cars. They say they’ll fix issues and make you pay with your warranty however never fix all the issues and rig it as much as possible and call it fixed. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! The owner is nothing but scam artists. This company should be shut down with how much they’ve screwed people over. Not to mention the $600 monthly payments for a crap car. Scott told us once we paid warranty our window would be fixed, bumper would be fixed, check engine lights been on since we got the car that was supposed to be fixed, AC hasn’t been fixed. The bumper was fixed with a zip tie and that was all that was done to this car. I WOULD RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

    They blew my phone up for payments that aren’t Even late but due the day they keep calling or texting every 4 hrs if that they promised to fix my bumper and tire the day I bought my car but NEVER DID

    To say I’m disgusted with this place is an understatement. Traded in a jeep. For a 03 Ram. The check engine light came on within the week. Went and had it checked. Was told it was a censor. Replaced sensor. Thought it had fixed issue. The day my second payment came out of my account I’m having to get it towed. They tell me motor has blown has to be replaced. 4 weeks pass with little to know information. Unless I’m calling the shops getting it myself. Cause Family Auto wasn’t keeping track of where the vehicle was. Then Family Auto tries to make it look like they’re doing me a favor by putting me in something else because they can’t get the truck fixed. When i go into talk to them. They want me to fill out all their paperwork again. When I refused Liz in the finance office got an attitude with me. When I posted the truth on social media they Blocked me from their page. Everyone needs to stand up to this company and tell your story. They’re dirty and corrupt.

    i bought a car july 1,2023 traded my car in because of the trouble i was having with my current car. during the test drive, i heard and felt something from the front end of the vehicle, kinda sounds and felt like it was coming from the front tires. as we test driving the car, and points everything out, the salesman stated clearly , o dont worry about that ill have them fix it. once we got it back the salesman and another salesman both discussed with me to come back mon 7/3 to get the tires put on, got off work early to go get my tires mon, after driving 45 mins away to get to the tire company just for them to tell me that they didnt have tires for my car, the tires that i was driving on had wires coming out of both front tires, all the way around the tires. it poured raining and i prayed home, from sliding because the tires was so bad. monday after i left the tire shop, i called family auto, i then was told to take it to another tire shop on tues 7/4. i called the shop before i arrived, only to make sure they were open and i didnt risk my life again driving in the rain nor waste time getting off work early just to be turned around, got to the tire place, the guy tells me that he specifically told salesman on sat that he did not have any tires to fit my car, again, another wasted trip, and another day of money lost, weds, 7/5 i called frustrated, i asked to speak to the owner, i attempt to explain to owner what has been going on since buying the car, and ask how can he get this resolves, as im explaining to him, he began to be rude and even used foul language, i then go to family auto the same exact day, owner wouldnt speak to me,he sent someone else out instead, this company has been one of the WORSE companies iv ever dealt with,,, my car finally goes to there recommended shop, where it then stayed there for over a week, get my car back on a weds, for my whole car to shut completely off as im driving it, this is a place who careless about nothing but ppl money.

    Biggest mistake of my life! Got the car and a week later it's in the shop. Finally get it back and a week later back in the shop needing a new motor. It's been in the shop now for almost 2 months. No car, just payments on something I can't use. This place should really be put out of business. If this is how they treat family I sure as heck don't wanna be a part of their family. I have no car to drive and they refuse to provide me one until mine is fixed. THIS IS ********!!
