    Dont pay them until it passes inspection. I paid for a 16x40 shed. When they built it on site, the foundation was incomplete and needed shims placed to stabilize it. About one-third of the joints in the rest of the building were improperly fastened and needed additional screws/brackets. The permits that **** said theyd get never materialized either. Lots of hoops for a layperson to jump through to get those permits. A follow-up visit to get the building tied-down and they tried to charge an extra $500 for that. It should have been done when they built it, so, When they had to do it for free they used substandard materials for cables/straps, causing their inspection to fail, again. I provided the proper information and instructions to alleviate the issue, the builders came back out and half heartedly smashed nails into the wrong boards and claimed they had fixed the problem. Needless to say it did not pass the third inspection either. One problem after another with this family owned business. My advice, dont pay them until your building has passed inspection, or dont get a building from them at all.
