    I will never ever purchase from Pure Air Express located in West Columbia, SC. Number one l made an attempt to hand deliver a cancelation notice to them and the gentleman there refused to take my cancelation notice because l didn't have the product with me at that time, which their cancelation notice doesn't say that you have to have the product with you in order to cancel your contract within 3 days of purchase. It says that the seller will come out and pick the product back up from you. I have reached out to my seller via text and also spoken to one of the managers via phone and haven't heard anything back from anyone after letting them know that l canceled my contract, infact after attempting to hand deliver a cancelation notice to them, l then was told by the company in which financed this product what had happened, the representative suggested that l send it certified and l did just that on October 7th, after my purchase on the 5th of October. Now Pure Air Exptess is saying that their trying to reach put to me to pick the product up from me, and l haven't heard from anyone since l spoke with one of the Managers there via telephone this past Sunday, in which he said he was going to follow-up with them at the office to find out what was going on, and he wasn't even aware of me having canceled, because he was calling initially to invite me to open house being held that Monday. I am at home out on medical leave, and home for them to pick up this Rainbow in which l'm not using and will never use. The company representatives are not good people and will lie on you intentionally. I am disappointed that Pure Air Express has those type people representing their company and trying to sell their products.

    We are sincerely sorry this customer feels this way. Pure Air Express is a distributor of the Rainbow Home Cleaning System. As a distributor such as a regular dealership we have finance companies we use for our customers. Mrs. ******* did use ******* finance so with this unfortunately we can not fully cancel any contract unless the product is back in the companies possession like new. Mrs. ******* was informed that we could keep her cancellation paperwork but without the product we could not fully complete the cancellation in full until the system was returned. Pure Air Express did try to contact Mrs. ******* to set a time and date with no answer or return call to our main office. Any pick-ups of a remorse has to have appointment time and date due to scheduling around other shows. We are sorry for the confusion or any mis-understanding here at Pure Air Express we strive to serve our customers with respect as well as helping them receive clean fresh water washed air in their home.
