    Held my car for 90 days telling me it was painted. Then after my complaint calls me and ask me to purchase a hood and I brought everything else 60 days ago! He was sarcastic and unprofessional. Almost because aggressive after I said I saw my car outside untouched. He stated he didnt care and that I wouldnt like the job when he calls me to get it. **** owner operator

    i have dropped off my vehicle at this body shop on july 1 of 2022 they were paid 11,000 by by the insurance company to fix the front bumper and lower panel of driver side. i was told first 3 to 5 days, then two weeks. then we are waiting on parts. then it's we need more money from insurance company. insurance company has paid in full and i have had a rental car for 3 months. they have been telling for the past 8 weeks that it will be done on this day of the week and when i come by, they are telling me next week, and then next week, and then we keep finding more damage. this has been going on and on. i have to turn in rental cuz I've had it so long; I've told them that i have no transportation to and from work and home. all i get is probably this day of next week. i have even contacted insurance company and Maaco won't answer the phone, they say Hes not in. so i have been getting nowhere. i just want my truck fixed. it's been 3 months now, all I'm getting is the run around. Hes has already been paid, please help
