Put **** down on 2015 dodge journey. Car drove for one day. Company refuses to refund or exchange. Haven't been able to use $600 warranty for anything but towing the car. Warranty purchased through shop (proguard) . Car broke down in bentree lane and **** sent two individuals to fix on it in the road. They then escorted me to my destination and said they would fix the car then told me it's mine and I needed to use the warranty. I argued the car had a bad motor they stated that it was the gaskets. I moved the vehicle to dun rite automotive where ******* stated he hadn't worked on gaskets in a year I then moved the car to ************** . They are charging me almost **** to fix on the vehicle not to mention the $600 diagnositc (confirming the motor is bad) . This car was in poor condition when they had me insure it put my money down and drive it off the lot. Not to mention I paid dunrite 169 to have it released. This situation is very trig erring as I work night shift and stay away from family in ********. Please help me reconcile this matter. I could have lost my life in that vehicle. I have never seen a car go that hot and smoke up that bad. I honestly was embarrassed and felt abandoned as I was in the middle of the road trying to push start the vehicle .

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This dealership sold me a 2019 ****** Sentra for $12000 cash. Guaranteed nothing was wrong with it. One week after I drove it off the lot the the battery died. I took it to them and they said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to AutoZone who said a cell was bad. I replaced the battery at my expense. Another week went by and the car stalled on the side of the highway. I had it towed and found out the transmission went out. The dealership said it wasnt their problem. I had this car in my possession for only two weeks. I even had all the fluids checked and filled after purchase to make sure the car would be running smoothly and without incident. How could you not know that the transmission was about to fail. Dont they do diagnostics on their vehicles. I also found out that the airbag was malfunctioning. Isnt it illegal to sell cars with malfunctioning airbags? I did sign an as is agreement at time of purchase but isnt there anything about selling vehicles with known problems and informing the buyers of any problems prior to purchase? I refuse to believe that they had no knowledge of transmission, battery or airbag problems prior to the sale. It is going to cost $7600 to fix the transmission and the dealership wont help me. Dont trust these people. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
