    My experience with Queen City Bodyworks was extremely frustrating. The service was very unprofessional and the staff rude and unpleasant. Receptionist ******* is a poor reflection of the business and shouldn't be the first line of contact. She told me I would get text alerts and follow *** during the vehicle repair process. I Did not get 1 text or call the entire time my vehicle was with them.I had to constantly call to check the progress of my vehicle when they should have followed up with me. My vehicle was there almost 2 weeks and still no follow up. I dreaded having to call and speak with ******* and her attitude. I advised I needed my vehicle back ASAP as they already had a full week including through the Holiday weekend. They had more than enought time to fix the very minor exterior cometics issues. My car was still not completed and while being repaired for known issues some other parts were accidentally broken off and they needed to order new parts as they didnt have them in stock. I was told to take the vehicle and will be called when parts arrive so they can fix what they broke. Once again weeks passed,I received no call so followed up with them instead. They said the parts arrived and I could bring the vehicle in anytime to have the parts put on as was a quick fix. At my earliest convenience I reached back out to them to see when I can come in to have the parts they broke added back to my vehicle. ******* put me on hold rudly stating she had to check the schedule and look for the parts for the vehicle. I was previously advised I didn't need to set a appointment or schedule and can just bring vehicle in. I Waited over 10 minutes and ******* never came back to the phone to advise or check in. I then called back numerous times, even left a message and no answers or call back. I had to drive there in person just for a response. They said they couldn't find the parts at first and then miraculously found them. Overall bad service, incomplete work done.BEWARE.

    **************** we are very sorry about your bad experience with Queen City Body Works.  We are working to improve our communication with our customers so they receive texts and calls throughout the repair process.  The additional parts and clips needed that we had to order broke when taking the vehicle apart to perform the necessary repairs to your vehicle.  Unfortunately the parts needed for your vehicle were not in stock at the local dealer and they had to be ordered which took about a week for them to come in.  We are happy to finish installing these parts for you.  Please give us a call if you would like to further discuss your complaints and concerns.  Again we are sorry for the poor communication and are making improvements to better the experience for all of our customers.
