    In total, I have spent $32.08 on product that I never even received due to issues at this branch. $19.70 on 1-18-2025 (order #***) $12.28 on 12-06-2025 (order #***) Ive talked to the store that says they cant process refunds that were placed mobile. Ive emailed Dunkin on several separate occasions. They emailed back only once to say they reached out to the store - to have the store reach out to me. No body has resolved this at the store or corporate. This branch is incredibly slow and although they are newer (opened in 2024) they have been opened for long enough to work out the kinks. Staff is passive and acts as if its not a problem they cant refund me. No one will take ownership of the issue and give me money back for product never received due to slowness or mobile app issues.
