    We purchased windows from this company to replace our original 1970's windows. If the company is out of business, who do we contact for warranty issues. Our windows were said to have a lifetime warranty.Who is getting or where are our monthly payments going to if the business is no longer a business?

    We bought windows from Paradise a couple of years ago for our house. These windows came with a lifetime replacement warranty that included screens. I have just recently found out that they filed a lien against my house that I had no idea about. I can't contact them, because they have gone out of business. What am I supposed to do now?

    I purchased 7 double hung windows from Paradise Home Improvements for the cost of $8,550. They were installed on 7/27/2023. They included a lifetime warranty against defects and repair/replacement free of charge.One of the windows is defective, it fogs up and one of the screens has the bar in the wrong place.I have been trying to get in touch with the company for service but have been unable to contact anyone. Some of the phone numbers I have are disconnected.I was told that the company was taken over by new owner called Renuity however I am unable to make contact with them either

    On 4/423 I signed a contract wit Paradise Home Improvement for the replacement of 3 windows. 6 weeks later the company came to instal. I was told that the windows were not a proper fit and they would re-order. About 8 weeks after that I received a call from the office, stating the second windows had come in and were again not the proper size. She then told me they were having issues with the manufacturer and would refund my deposit of$2,650. I have never received the refund, nor do they return any of my many calls.

    the shower that was installed has begun to have issues, we also have a life time warranty with the install but were unable to make contact with the business( paradise home improvement) because they have went out of business . We have been told that another business (Renuity/Mad city) has bought them out ,we have contacted them and there telling us that its not true. So where trying to figure out who we can contact for repair and warranty.

    I had a shower installed by this company back in July 2023 that has now begun to leak. I was able to get in contact with someone from there back in October of 2023 and they had someone to look at it then. At that time he explained that it looked like a caulking issue and he recaulked it, which did remedy the issue; but only temporarily. However, now it has started to leak again and is much worse this time, to the point of there being a puddle of water on my floor every time that I shower, and is now causing damage to my floor. Ive been desperately trying to get in contact with someone from the company, but to no avail. At the time that the product was sold I was told that I would have a lifetime warranty, but respectfully a lifetime warranty does me no good if I cant get in contact with anyone to help resolve my issue. I find it very disheartening that there was no limit to the amount of people that I could speak with prior to them getting my business, whether it was by me contacting them or someone contacting me to ensure that I became a customer. Now that I have, the company has seemed to have vanished off the face of the earth and Im stuck with $15,000 or more shower thats causing additional damage to my home. I would very much like to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

    Had a shower installed on 4/26/23. Since the install was done the wall has started to separate from the shower base and is leaving a gap between the two. Have tried calling all phone numbers on our work order contact and no numbers accept incoming calls. This shower is supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

    I've been trying to get in touch with this company about my replacement windows. I've been dealing with this issue since earlier this year. I finally got in touch with some in November. I gave them all the information about the windows as they requested. On Nov 15th I emailed the support team and she stated that she was about to call the vendor for an ETA and would get back to me. Since then I've called and emailed and haven't gotten a response from them yet. I really would like to resove this issue. There line of commucation is not good at all.

    On August 1, 2023, we initially filed a complaint against the business asking for a refund of the deposit that was paid by ********************************* (***********************) for a shower replacement. The business finally responded and agreed to refund the deposit. We asked that the deposit check be made payable to the Estate of *********************************, since ****************** passed away on 7/14/2023 and our attorney requested all checks &/or monies be made payable in this fashion. On 9/30/2023, we did receive a check (*****) from Paradise Home Pro in the amount of $6326 but made payable to ***********************. I have called all the numbers available and had no response. The deposit check is worthless and cannot be deposited into the estate account since it is not the decedents' name. I received a letter from Paradise Home Pro after I received the check dated 9/06/2023 stating that it was a letter of intent to demand installation of items and that if we did not contact them by 10/6/2023 then legal action would be instituted against ******************. This letter was signed by ************, Director of Operations for Paradise Home Pro, who is the same individual that supposedly authorized the refund of the deposit paid by ******************. I would like a response from this company in regards to the replacement check for the deposit that they refunded to the estate.

    They Installed windows for us and one broke in October of 2022. I submitted a service request via email on 10/24/2022. I also called and have called multiple times since the break and I have talked to a different person each time. I was told on the initial call that a new window needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until March. When I called in March I was told they had no record of the previous request and that a new one would be put in. The next month and every month until August 2023, I'd been told the same thing by every person that I spoke to. I was unable to reach the business starting in September 2023.This company offered me a lifetime warranty and completely disappeared and miscommunicated when I attempted to file a claim on the warranty. I'm stuck making payments on a broken window and am entering a second winter with a broken bedroom window.
