    In Apr 2020 we had this company install a new HVAC system. As part of the contract they were to perform yearly maintenance on the system as part of the monthly payment. With talking with my wife they have not shown up for their yearly check at all and tried calling them today June 24, 2022 because the system is not cooling the house and need someone to come out and see what's wrong. When I called the number 10 different times throughout the day kept getting the same message "the person you are trying to reach is not taking phone calls at this time. Please try again later. We are at our whits end and now have to hire another company to come out and check and then pay for a repair that we really can not and should not have to pay for.
