    Good day, On may 7th I hired the company to build a cabana for me. I paid a 1800$ deposit with a promise to complete. Since then I have been given a number of excuses why they have not done the work. They said they had Covid for a few weeks. And I understand people get sick. I still hoped they would get the job done. Their response is they will get to it as soon as they can. I support small local businesses but feel I may have been taken advantage of.

    I’m in need of this refund please this company has my money and refused to do the job. They said they would refund me but I haven’t received anything from them. I’m a senior citizen and they have caused me hardships. They also did not finish a gate I paid for.

    I have installed a fence for this customer as agreed in our contract everything in that contract was installed she added extra on after installation had began I told her I would get to it when I had time she then reached out asking for two more estimates on other projects and agreed to one and a contract was signed for this project as well we did a days work installing the post to start her project we notified her of delays she was okay with it a day later she then stared being concerned I told her that once I could get out there I would do so she has made multiple reviews against my company using different names she has also stated she had mental and physical health problems we ask her to request the refund so we could pay her a portion back she is requesting the whole amount and more the deposit was 1800 she stated it was 1900 that is not so and we have installed some of the project so that amount needs to be taken from the deposit amount she has gave no time for this payment to be made before she has slandered my business on multiple sites and social media under different names I have reported all other reviews customer has made against my company we understand that she is upset that the job was not completed when she requested but it does state in our contract that weather and other things play a factor in installation we wish for her to stop slandering our business name we would also like to add that no dates are on the contract to start or finish project it dose also state that an agreement must be meet and the contract be signed she did not sign contract before installation can begin

    I am providing our digital content we had with patsy frith the customer that had filed a complaint against me in the contract it states that an agreement must be meet and the contract must be signed before installation can begin she did not sign the document nor did she read where we do not do refunds on deposits I was trying to be kind and I ask her to request a refund after she messaged me multiple times threatening to bash my business and then she would apologize she also stated she had mental and physical health issues I have already completed one job for this customer she added more additional projects I have already started on it also dose not state a time frame on witch the work will be completed on the contract customer payed for partial materials and labor with the deposit required by my business i don’t technically owe her any refunds I was the one that offered to refund her some of her money I have the message to show that as well and where she ask me for more then her deposit amount her deposit is posted on the contract for 1800 I don’t know where she is getting the 1900 from plus 650.00 I believe is what she requested I will take this as a lesson learned after my first encounter with her I should have known she is not a stable person
