    Not impressed with the way the yard was left! They did not scrape the dirt to make it level and left some holes. Will be sending an email to request that they come back to complete the job.

    I have emailed the following to Ms Newell: I was notified that you place a review with BBB in regards to the drainfield area not being left to your satisfaction. Have you called our office since the install to let us know this? Because this is the first I am hearing of it. We are happy to come backfill and relevel the area. Settling often occurs after the hard rains. As stated at the bottom of your invoice; final grading and landscaping is not included in our pricing. If you would like for us to come backfill and relevel please let me know. ?Side note there is no charge for us to come back once!
