    If I could give zero stars, I would. Marc Sightler inspected my HVAC in my new home, made repair suggestions and signed off on a reinspection. His inspection report was done on a Polar Express Invoice. When asked for his license and insurance information he told me the license was on the paperwork (referring to the license on the polar express invoice). When I reached out about the discrepancy, polar express said that he was not to be using their invoices and I also received an email from their attorney stating he was not part of the company. Sightler refused to provide his insurance information. His passing reinspection left me with 2 $500 electric bills and $14,500 of damage that he refused to take any responsibility for. His company has been sued before, and I wish I would have been aware of his business ethics prior to allowing him to work at my home. I hope others can read this review and not make the same mistake.
