    In October of 2023, I hired Kennedy's Restoration after seeing an advertisement on ******** stating he could take care of erosion problems and other issues that were of concern to me. The work agreed upon was a retaining wall, 1 drain line next to the wall and 1 drain line across the front yard, a concrete driveway and walkway and a roof. I paid half of the money up front and the rest upon completion. Without receiving an invoice for any of the work. I requested invoices several times but they were never provided. Within just a few weeks the wall starting shifting and there are cracks between the blocks. It will not stand much longer. I contacted Mr. Kennedy and reported the issue to him requesting that he return to my home to see for himself. He has not answered my calls nor returned any of my calls since. I believe that call was placed Jan. 2, 2024. The concrete driveway now has a crack in it. The walkway is not the shape we agreed upon. The only thing that I am satisfied with is the roof. No problems there (yet). I am very stressed regarding this. I am retired and do not have money to waste and I am very concerned regarding the wall collapsing and possibly injuring someone.

    Randy Kennedy contacted me the day I contacted BBB regarding my complaint against him. He made an appointment to come to my home for Sunday May 5th after church. He told me to send him a reminder at 11:00, which I did. He replied stating he had 2 appointments  before he could come to my home. He sent a message around 6:00 stating he would come Monday at 2:00. He again did not show. He sent another message stating he could come this morning. I did not reply to that message.
