      Worst experience ever with a business in 50 years!!! Took a month to requisition an HVAC part in the heart of South Carolina summer, then installed the wrong HVAC unit in my house, leaving me with no heat pump for my home. The wrong AC Unit they installed created a flood in my basement because they failed to purge the drain valve leaving me with no AC most of the hot summer. Would not take any responsibility for the errors. Did not get proper permits from the town. Yelled at me on the phone multiple times. Said the units all look the same and that my contract was with the home warranty company, not them. Refused to come out to the house when appointments were made by the home warranty company with them to resolve the problem. Refused to work with me to resolve the error. Home warranty company has now assigned the job to two other companies to fix my unit. It has been six months, and I am still working on getting the correct replacement unit, and still no heat in my home going into the cold season. Do NOT do business with S & L Construction and Electrical--not through a home warranty or otherwise! BEWARE!!!
