    I was overcharged at the YMCA for my membership and when I called to attempt to get it straightened out the lady I spoke with was very rude to me and said that a supervisor would call me back and that had been since last Friday **** ***** And my normal membership was $53. And they charged my card nearly $80!!! I would like my refund back

    Ms. ***** called into our location on Saturday **** regarding the charge on her account. Once managers were in the facility Monday morning, Ms. *****'s refund was processed back to her account on ****/23. We have reached out to Ms. ***** and have notified her of the refund back to her account. We apologize for the customer service she received and will be speaking with our associate.
