      I took my car to tint solutions to have the windows tinted. while tinting my windows. They caused damage to my driver side door, which is fiberglass and it’s at the very edge of the door. where the handle is and it’s busted and chipped up and broken so when I notified them, he told me he had to notify the owner. the owner Call me back a day later I asked him if I can watch the videotape footage of my car being tinted and being pulled in and out of his garage Told me he was going away that. He will call me when he gets back so I can arrange a time to go in there and watch these videos. We never call me back I didn’t think he was going to why would they when damage to my door. I disputed it with my bank and they told me I couldn’t dispute it that I’d have to seek outside because they did the jam, but they said they were going to. Yes they did in a careless manner by damaging my door, and if they didn’t damage my door, they wouldn’t have a problem. Let me see the video tapes, but nobody played me off and I never got to see him. I’m asking for a refund which is actually benefiting him because I’m sure be like cheaper in the refund then it would be to fix the door.

      Date of transaction was 8/23/2019 for window tint on my vehicle. And states it is warranted by tint solutions. But now they don't want to cover the warranty of a faded tint.

      I purchased a $240 gift card for my daughter's graduation to tint her car in May. The card is good until December. She lost the gift card unfortunately so I called Tint Solutions and told them what happened and was told the owner would have to approve the transaction. We made the appt for 8/18/22, when I got there I was told the owner said they will not put the tint on without the gift card (which is actually just a thick piece of paper) I told him I have my receipt they their system sent my phone. He said they can't use the receipt because someone could come in with the gift card (a piece of paper mind you) and use it. I said, so you can look up my name and receipt and can tell I have paid but you can't mark it in your system that the job is done? He said no and the owner said he will not honor my receipt nor my payment in his computer system. . they are able to look me up in their system, send me a receipt from their system and tell me I have paid them, but can't do the job because I do not have a piece of paper? Please help me either get my money or get them to do the job they have already been paid to do. Thank you! **** *******

      As the gentleman explained in the complaint, he purchased a gift certificate from our shop which was then misplaced.  The gift certificate can be redeemed by anyone, just as any gift card or gift certificate for any retailer.  It is as good as cash at either of our locations.  While we can verify that he purchased the gift certificate, we cannot verify that the gift certificate has already been redeemed.  In addition, we have attempted to contact the gentleman on three different occasions via phone and have received no response.
