  If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would! He said he was a local web designer and promised a nice website. I already had a website but wanted more layers to it. He put together a website with a .net. It was a COMPLETE copy of my existing website with added background. What a joke! I told them this via email. The only reply, …. We will work on adding and changing. No response since. I emailed them in August telling them I do not want to work with them . They have billed my card $99.00 a month since August. I’ve called to dispute these charges…. Unavailable and will have someone call me back. THAT didn’t happen. Stay away and save yourself time, money , the process of shutting down your credit card and frustration. Complete sham!

  Very poor customer service and follow through with agreed upon requests. Difficult to get a reply from anyone in a timely manner. When requesting updates, they do not check their work which results in change to website that was not requested. Told it would take about 7 business days for updates to existing website yet still waiting for over two months for updates to be resolved. Do not recommend.

  What a horrible experience this has been. After asking for significant edits and corrections, I finally decided to take the site and fix it my self using the simple.biz platform. I still never approved the site, and yet I was charged the second portion of the fee. Now I am busy trying to correct the absolute garbage that I was left with to fix. And the more I fix, the more I realize that the simple.biz team is an absolute joke. Pictures don’t line up with the topics next to them, grammar was horrible, and the flow was a joke. I should have never agreed to let them create my site. I decided that if I am going to go through the site and fix everything, I certainly don’t need simple.biz. Do your self a favor, find somebody else to build your site!

  Horrible service please avoid this company at all cost. They do not follow up, block your number or flat out don't answer your calls. This company has been the worst experience I've faced since being in business.

  I made the mistake of not checking reviews before starting to work with Simple Biz. WARNING!!! do not work with this company. They do not have your best interest at heart. Once they charged my credit card, they took free reign to do what THEY WANTED. They did not follow the directions and procedures that I had requested. They completely ignored what I had asked for and shuffeled a few things around that damaged the integrity of my site, which has been on line since 2005. They do not listen. They do not return phone calls. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that I was NOT ALLOWED to speak to the owner. On their phone solicitation, they told me they were based in North Charleston but they do not appear to be. I had wanted to work with a local company but I have been badly burned. They did not complete the tasks that they agreed to. My experience with them has been completely negative.
