They have been harassing me ever since I made my last payment on my car I've been having financial hardship trying to keep up with my payments but yet they're still country call and constantly blowing up my phone they're very rude they have no compassion for other people's suffering except with you but to make out threats claiming they're going to repo the car but yeah I'm making payments though it may not be on time but I'm still making the payments go and I'm tired of the threatsReview from jufadens c

This is a terrible company. I have been waiting for my lien release letter for several weeks, but they never send it, and every time I call, they keep giving me different stories. It's 2024—email me that information or fax it to me. They said it should take 30 days to process. However, it has been more than 30 days; what kind of nonsense is that? I paid your money months ago, and they took that money in an instant; they didn't have to wait for anything. I need the CEO or whoever is in charge of this mess to take responsibility for it because it's getting overwhelming.Review from Zach D

Terrible customer service, holding my title hostage when my insurance company needs it to complete the claim. Money hungry and will do anything to get an extra dollar from you. DO NOT support this terrible business.Review from Kevin H

I’m two payments behind. They called me on June 3rd 2024. I made a payment on June 18, 2024. They called me on June 22 for another payment and at that time I told them the next payment would be on July 15, before the next due date, they called me again today on June 25 asking again when the next payment would be, one week after my last payment and only THREE DAYS since their last call. I advised the collector of the same information I had already provided and then he asked me, as if I had said nothing, would I be able to make a payment now. They don’t listen, don’t care and will call you constantly. It’s not worth the harassment to be financed by this company.Review from samantha t

DO NOT TAKE A LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY I would give less stars if I could I purchased a vehicle through a dealership and they chose Global Lending Services as a lender. My car was in an accident (other person's fault) and totaled. My insurance provided all the relevant information within the first week and Global lending services made every excuse possible all which made no sense at all, to drag their heels and took over 30 days to finally decide they wanted to keep the vehicle for auction. So now 30+ days later while the car has been sitting in the lot they now want ME to pay all the fees for the storage lot. So they took FOREVER and racked up a ton of fees and now I have to pay it before they will do anything more. And guess what... they convinced me to file an extension for my payment until this was taken care of assuring me it will be taken care of quickly. All the while charging me $7 a day in interest. It's clear they find every reason in the book to do nothing and move so slow that customers are left with $500+ dollars in fees ON TOP OF dealing with going through an accident. PICK ANY OTHER LENDER NOT THIS ONE !!!Review from Marcus N

The worst lender I've ever felt with for a car loan. Customer service is terrible. My wife got behind on payments from being off work due to a surgery. Called to make arrangements. She was told to to pay one price to keep the car from being repossessed. The price was lower that the full payment she was going to make. Called again later in the week was told a different price and that after that payment they would repo the car in 5 days. Tied to set up payments for another payment from the card they have on file to auto pay. They said they couldn't do that it's company policy. I called and got a 3rd price and the same explanation. They hide behind the it's Company policy but we will do everything to work with you. That I'd a flat out LIE!!! This company doesn't note any conversation on file, they harass you with calls all day even though you have already spoken with them. They constantly threat to come take your vehicle even when you have made arrangements, and will not let you speak with any management at all. The message is real clear that they want to charge off your vehicle resale it so they can recoup from me and make another profit of the car. It's worth rebuilding my credit that working with this company anymore. They are looking out for themselves not the customer. Stay far away from Global lending!!!!!!!Review from Brooklyn M

They double charged me once when I called and ask for it back they stated it would take over a month to get back so I said keep it for next months payment almost two months went by when I get a two refunded payments in my bank account. Then they start blowing up my phone saying I missed two payments and charged me late fees every time I tried to resolve it but they stated they needed the two refunded payments and the current months payment all at once to wave the late fees and bring the account up to date I said sure but I still get constantly harassed from them they will call all your friends and family multiple times a day. Then when I call them and say this was spouse to be resolved they barley speak English and say its fine I will make a note in your account but the harassment continuesReview from Tammy S

Global lending services seems to be messing up my account payments on a regular bases. They also have adjusted my payments from 289.00 every two weeks to 255.00 every two wks. Normally I would not complain about lower payment but I am now concerned with why it's lower. Does this extend my loan payment so they can make more money from me in the long run? Not liking these issues. I recommend not using this company if you have a choice. Will never use them again.Review from Tam D

I have also experienced the same thing everyone else stated they are going through, they call me 5-6 times a day, they leave voicemails, I dont even currently have the car in my possession the car has been at the dealership from the company I purchased it from for almost 2 months, where i was involved in a hit and run and its over 5,000.00 to repair it. I explained that to them via a phone conversation and tried to get assistance with working out putting off my payments to try and get the repair bill taken care of, they transferred me to a supposed to be 'supervisor' I sat on the phone on hold for over 30 mins and so I hung up. They have no empathy and compassion for their customers the interest rates are through the roof, and its really just a hot mess and I dont even want the vehicle anymore. They can go get it from the dealership themselves if they would like. I just want my stuff out of the car.
