    Criminals. Will not report your payments accurately, will misrepresent and lie to you over the phone, and actually incredibly disrespectful. Wasted over an hour of time Saturday and then again this morning for them to effectively hang up on me and ignore my complaints. Customer care reps transferred me to departments that were not even open. Customer care reps LIED and made false claims the company has no moral fiber or capability to follow up on. Poor showing from a company that is as ghetto and destitute as their call reps. Avoid this company and you will be happier.

    The lady who left a voicemail was very unprofessional. Literally putting something crunchy in her mouth and crunching the food while leaving her messages at least 3 times. Could even hear her wrestling her hand in something to grab her next bite while still talking on the voicemail then proceeds to repeat her message 3 times slowly slurring her words to the point it sounded as if she is high on a drug.

    My vehicle loan was paid in full in January 2023, yet I have yet to receive the lien release. Despite contacting them in January 2025, the matter remains unresolved. A subsequent call in March yielded a claim that the release was mailed on March 5th with a 45-day processing time. However, this delay is now preventing the settlement of my totaled vehicle insurance claim.

    If I could I give this company 0 stars. I've paid the 314.00 dollars.. the last of what I old this company. They are still reporting to the credit bureau that my account is delinquent.

    I have overpayment around $3700 to this company and they really give me hell for this. Like i’m begging to ask for MY OWN DMN MONEY!!!!!! The customer service definitely not training properly they always have different answer and cannot solve the problem at all. I bet if someone have a late payment they’ll going crazy on them. But they give people freaking hell just to get their refunds. It’s 2025 brother. USE DIRECT DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!! Been waiting from JANUARY and it’s almost APRIL now!!!!!! AND NOT SEEING ANYTHING ABOUT THE REFUND!! They said they sent the check but no update, no tracking number and only them and GOD knows where’s my MONEY!!! They really need to close down this company so no more people getting scammed like this

    Supervisor Johnnie(female) was very rude my car was totaled and she kept being rude cutting me and my husband off trying to scold us and give us life advice instead of doing her job and help. Please pull her call records she is very rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again and will steer family and friends away from doing business with this company.

    Paid my truck off in November of 2024 and canceled my GAP and requested the refund on it. In the process of canceling I was informed they owe me 200 and the check was going out Dec 2024. It is now Feb 2025 and I hadn’t received anything from them and keep getting told the check is on its way. Attained an attorney and will be filing a lawsuit

    Global lending gave me a payoff quote on a vehicle and and after I sent the remaining balance of 32575$ that they made a mistake on the quote and that they won’t release my title until I give them another 190$ because of their mistakes…this company is very dishonest and parasitic…They lie they scam and I would NEVER recommend anyone under any circumstance to deal with company….i recorded call with and my attorney will be reaching out soon

    Had a car financed through this compangy. I filed bankrupcy and the car was paid off. Why are they call me now talking about I owe $8000 on a car These folks are something serious
