To avoid liability for false statements made by you or the credit reporting agencies, please remove any accounts from ********* ****** for my credit files.Business response

This is with regard to the referenced account number. On October 13, 2016, I took out a loan with Heights Finance (************), and did well for awhile. Prior to this, I had never had negative information on my report, but, unfortunately, I was unable to pay my loan for several months due to a broken clavicle that sidelined me for almost a year, ultimately keeping me from work. I was able to settle the account for slightly less than owed, and thanks to better health choices, I have since resumed my job and the future is bright. I am writing to request that Heights Finance remove the account from my credit reports as a gesture of goodwill. The account is scheduled to fall off soon anyway, and your help will make a great difference in my life Thank you.Business response

received by Heights Finance Corporation (“Heights”) on August 1, 2023. Our records indicate
that your most recent loan was obtained at our Houston office in Texas on September 10, 2021,
in the amount of $1,969.00 and you agreed to repay it in eleven (11) monthly installments of
$179.00 beginning October 10, 2021. This loan has since been charged off and subsequently sold

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Once again Heights Finance has not met the FCRA requirements. They are a financial institution that reports to the Credit Reporting Agencies. They state that they cannot locate my identity with just my name. I should not have to provide anything to this financial institution besides my name to investigate if they have a file or not. This proves that they are inaccurately if they CAN NOT find any records just by a first and last name. They are the ones that are reporting the reports to the CRA’s. I demand Heights Finance to send a letter to all the Credit Reporting Agencies to have any items with their Companies name removed from my Credit Report.
