For starters, they used to be called another company that was full of it (******** *******). I told them years ago to remove me from their mailing list. Fast forward, under new name of Heights Financial, they send me a live check for $1755. Upon representative calling to welcome me to the company, she gave a first payment date of April 11. When they start messaging me to remind me of my payment, the date is the 10th. Once I realized who they were, I'm already planning to pay them off by this date because I'm foreseeing the crap. Call to make my payment, recordings as I'm on hold are playing information for ******** *******. Next Rep constantly puts me on hold, trying to get her system right. Finally comes back with payoff of $2008.49. All the they can tell me is it's remaining interest on the loan amount. Usually the payoff is the loan amount itself or less if I had made payments already. Highway robbery, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Expressed again for them to take my name out of their system, COMPLETELY and IMMEDIATELY!!! Will file charges if I ever receive anything else from them for harassment. They are straight crooks, the end!!!!!!! They don't deserve a rating of 1 Star.

I worked for heights finance formally Curo and now Attain finance, and was retaliated against. I simply put in my two weeks notice because they changed my schedule and gave it to new employees who were the manager’s friends and old colleagues… they shorted my last check and screwed me over after being a faithful employee of almost 3 years , Jennifer day is the biggest hillbilly and maga supporter I know

Covington Credit/Heights Management continues to claim they will research information and return a call from them within 24 to 48 hrs and still no response. Then they proceed to tell you the same thing 48 hous later . We have to make a complaint and start over and wait another two days for a response you never get.

I am being treated with rudeness by employees! I had to pay a monthly payment a couple of days early on Nov 3rd and the account was scheduled for auto-payment on Nov 5th. I had to pay early because of some bank account issues and wanted to make sure Heights was paid. Well, Nov 5th hit, and payment was withdrawn from the account after I had already paid it. I filed a dispute with my bank to have the Nov 5th charge reversed and waited over a week for this to be done. The payment was reversed on Nov 18th and put back into my account. I Called Heights on the 19th to discuss a payment option that I had seen in a text when they informed me my account was past due and both payments had been returned. I have spent the last couple of days investigating what happened and spoke with my bank who informed me only one payment was returned. I see another payment was applied to the principal and I cannot get Heights to acknowledge this! They have been very rude telling me that I am rude because I am not hearing what I want. I just need them to understand they applied to the principal and just need to back that out and put it towards the regular monthly payment as it should have been. I feel as if there is more to this sudden change in behavior with them knowing certain personal beliefs I shared with individuals within the office. I certainly hope this is not to be the case as I truly respect and like them as individuals!

They stink. Ran my credit, lowered it and said it was declined due to it being frozen. If frozen how would they hit it and lower my score!? What a load of junk.... never go there.

They have been real nice to me for the length of my loan, except now I'm going to be about a month behind and told them I'd catch up next month. Their friendly attitude has changed. Saying that's not an option. Well you can't squeeze blood from a turnip, so I don't know what to tell them. They said the manager was going to call me tomarrow. I guess I'm going to start paying online and avoid their phone calls

My bank statemts. Nov.,& Dec.,2023. Feb.,& Mar.,2024 had Unauthorized withdrawals totaling $712.00. Transactions occurred in South Carolina at Speedy & HEIGHTS FINANCE company. I was Refused transaction information when I called HEIGHTS. My bank reverted the funds due to 60 days to notify had past. I contacted a HEIGHTS Finance company. I inquired about my case, to discuss with a arbitrary team for resolution which should eliminate my seeking an attorney. Manager ask me to explain what an arbitrary team was. He gave information to notify another kind of department. I receive abt 30 harassment calls per week from *********. Harassment cause, I talked to ********* manager the first day of problem. All creditors I contacted, saying bank blocked my card& bank acct. Presently, I blame ********* Heights for destroying my credit at the Credit Bureau & the creditors charged me late fees.I fear paying on the loan anymore with *********. I'm 75 yrs old, compound fractured ankle, had one heart attack so far and receive only social security. Never experienced anything like this before. Loan companies have Promotions & send real checks in the mail to me. I deposit these checks in my bank acct. Them or me make phone contact to set monthly payment plan. I always say it's free money falling from God,I know I must pay it all back. I'm sad now. ********* has ruined my credit. I won't be getting anymore of those kind of checks. HEIGHTS has 400 stores and 5 different trade names and I read Curo bought HEIGHTS. Appears it will be along time before my case comes up to discuss. I feel these Unauthorized transactions are done within the offices on ********* HEIGHTS. This is the second Check ********* has sent to me. I never did apply for a loan. I paid the first check off. I was an Excellent Customer. Somebody took advantage of me cause I'm Black and elderly and messed up my livelihood.

I like having access to available funds but customer service is not good, promises to follow-up with complaints to most recent an issue with email available balance and the app saying something different. I was told that what was on my account was correct and that the email was wrong and it happens sometimes. When asked why and how no reason was just told not to worry about it. It sad because they don't know why but the inability to offer a reason or to research why is unacceptable. DO BETTER BY TRAINING YOUR SUPPORT STAFF
