            I have an account with them, I've had this account for a year now. I didn't have any problems with Watson in the beginning because I was making my payments like I was supposed to. I have been late on some payments, I have made payments back to back just to try and stay ahead. I have always called and kept in contact if I knew that I would be late. I fell back in October of 2021 and I also had a Hysterectomy in November of 2021. I did let them know before hand that I wasn't going to be working and I didn't get back to work until February 2022. The past few months I've had nasty phone calls and voice mails from certain personal at Watson and today someone just simply said "just do what you wanna do and turn the car in already". I've worked hard to keep my car and I'm gonna keep my car but the disrespect will need to come to a halt. If I was gonna turn my car back in then I would have already. I'm having a hard time like most but they have gotten every payment thus far whether it was on time or late. I have a problem with the so called owner getting on the phone telling me to just turn my car in already and being very nasty and unprofessional.
