On October 5, 2023 my husband Martin stayed at a ******* ***. He was charged $170.68 for his room and was given a receipt he turned into work. However, he was also charged $126.67 at that stay, which he has no receipt for and did not authorize. When we were aware of it we called the hotel. They said they knew nothing about it and to go ahead and take the money back. We called Spero and they said they would look into it. They initially refunded the money to us, but then took it back from us, saying they did not have enough information. They said they needed a receipt, we told them there was no receipt because it was not an authorized charge. They said they spoke with the hotel, who also said it was unauthorized and to take the money back. This has been ongoing since October and they still have not refunded our money. We are just looking to get our money back.Customer response
