Southern Traditions is a local vendor for ****** ******** through ******. There are problems with the shutter manufacture and ST's installation that they are working with us to correct. However, we also contracted for two blackout blinds with Southern Traditions in the same order through ****** ** *** ****** ********. Southern Traditions cut the blinds too small to block sunlight coming in through the windows. We just got an email from the salesperson that the “owner” has decided that there is nothing wrong with the fabric cut or installation and will not redo the blinds. She says that we would need side curtain panels to block out the light but we were never told this. We would not have ordered from them if we had known that the "blackout" shades" would not black out light coming in from the window. We would like a refund so that we can go to a different vendor and get something that actually blocks out the light.
