Beware of Crockett Doodles – Our Experience We adopted a Swissdoodle from Crockett Doodles, and despite giving him the best care, training, and even working with specialists, he developed severe aggression issues. He has bitten multiple times, causing injuries that required medical attention. When we reached out to Crockett Doodles for help, they refused to take any responsibility, citing their contract and dismissing our concerns as a training issue—even though another owner from the same litter also reported biting problems. If you’re considering adopting from them, be aware that they do not stand by their dogs when serious behavioral issues arise. We wish we had known this before bringing our dog home. Please do your research before making a commitment.

We were saddened to hear of this dog's struggle with recent aggressive behavior. This dog is now 2 1/2 years old and has lived in the owner's home since he was 10 weeks old. We're unsure what event in the dog's life influenced this change of behavior in him. This family looked for and purchased an active breed (Swiss Doodles are a combination of Australian Shepherds, Bernedoodles, and Poodles) that needs daily regular exercise to channel energy in a positive way. Dogs respond to and are directly influenced by their environment and the atmosphere around them. Our puppies are loved and well-socialized from birth until Adoption Day. We are not responsible for what happens in this client's home, but encouraged them to reach out to a different trainer who can work with them as a family. We always stand firmly by the health of our puppies and wish them the best as they address the root causes of this behavior issue and help their dog establish new habits.Review fromVirginia M.

Our mini Cavapoo is now 6 months old and a wonderful, happy, confident pup! We couldn't be happier. The adoption process was easy and thoughtfully handled. The original pup we had selected online and by phone ended up having a (minor) health issue, so we switched to the one we have now. Crocket Doodles was understanding and helpful, no hesitation in helping us. I found all of them to be not just professional, but compassionate and thoughtful people. Lots of good communication. The only thing I would have wanted was to see what the grown pups from earlier litters of the our pup's parents looked like.Crockett Doodles

We stumbled upon Crockett Doodles when we were looking for our bernedoodle puppy. With all the puppy scams out there we were trying to found a reputable breeder. Crockett Doodles stood us with their health guarantee as well as their reviews with BBB. We were very pleased after dealing with them during our puppy process. Someone was always readily available to answer any questions. While we were waiting on our puppy to be available, they kept us very informed on how the puppy was doing. We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends as well as go through them again in the future.Crockett Doodles

I purchased a Bernedoodle in late January and the entire experience was not a bit complicated. Everyone I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable and they seem dedicated their pets go to responsible owners. I found this company online while looking at a potential pet for our home and once I saw my future best buddy. I started the process of buying him. Each step of the process was easy to complete from initial contact to picking up my pet at his transition home. Two months later and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Buying our puppy was such an easy process with Crockett Doodles. We definitely would use them again to purchase another puppy. They were honest and caring throughout the whole process. When we picked up our puppy she was happy and healthy and had been well taken care of. I would encourage anyone looking for a puppy to use Crockett Doodles. ??Crockett Doodles

I chose Crocket Doodles as the source for my Bernedoodle pup because of their commitment to family breeders and responsible practices.. During the purchase, they gave me regular updates on my pup, including info about parentage and extra videos of my girl. My Crockett Doodle turns one year old this month, and she has been an amazing addition to our lives. She came across the whole country to meet us, arriving healthy and happy. She has grown into the perfect dog for us: smart, beautiful, healthy and vibrant.Crockett Doodles

From application to adoption, Crockett Doodle was wonderful to work with. All the people we spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to answer questions and take pictures. We didn’t get what we paid for. We paid extra for a mini petite labradoodle that was supposed to weigh 10-25 lbs. Our dog weighs 46 lbs. We were unable to get reimbursed for the discrepancy.Crockett Doodles

Puppies are unique living beings, so it is possible to have puppies that grow larger and puppies that grow smaller than the estimated size range, much like is true in human families.
