    Since new ownership this once dominate top of the line company has completely went to ****.dont do business with this company.its on its way out of business an they won't stand on any thing they warrant.place is trash an over charges everything.go to McGee!

    When we decided on Carolina, it was after a very long search for a company to completely replace our entire heating and air, including all of the duct work. Pete was our first introduction to the company. He came to the house, and spent hours inspecting and making notes. After he left, our second introduction was a service technician (Andre). He cam out and performed service on our then current system. He inspected and went through the system in detail, and reported back to us, and to Pete, his findings. At that time Pete put together a detailed duct replacement plan and map, chose a system that really worked well for our needs, and met with us to present his findings. Our third introduction was to T and the service team, and our team leader, Ramon. The team spent 7 work days at our house( a lot longer than we originally thought), and in that time we grew to deeply respect their craftsmanship. They cut no corners, paid attention to every detail, and made sure the system is installed correctly. They were very polite and informative, and when they found issues, they creatively solved them. They worked tirelessly as a TEAM, something you rarely see these days. When issues came up that created a change in the plan, they took care of them, Their communication was outstanding, from the administrative team to the boots on the ground. To summarize, I was truly blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the exact price that they contracted for. I normally will not give recommendations, but I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Heating and Air.

    I could not be more pleased with my Service Technician, Joe W*****! Feel blessed that he came out when I had just moved to SC from Colorado in 2022 to look over my system and helped me to understand what needed to be improved and what was working in good order. No pressure, just honest recommendations. Joe could not be more thorough, on his visits and I really feel taken care of and have peace of mind when he leaves that I do not have to worry about anything. He always takes the time to explain everything and does a complete inspection. Back in 2022, I decided to go with a monthly membership plan, that includes 2 visits a year (one for Heating and one for AC inspections/maintenance. This also includes priority scheduling and discounts on any parts that are needed. Very pleased with the membership plan and the excellent service that I have received! Thank you Carolina Heating Service for employing hard working and honest Army vets like Joe W*****!

    My problem was a 40 yr old kitchen sink that someone DIY installed ..a gilhooley installation. I called Carolina Heat/HVAC/PLUMBING. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I actually thought I was calling a different company but Google threw me a curved ball and I was directed to Carolina Heat, et al. Professional, quoted fair price, excellent work. Michael N***** was a great plumber and did a super professional job. If you have water drops coming from your pipes/ drains.... don't get a "drip", get Carolina Heat/HVAC/ Plumbing. They're not inexpensive but do you want the cheapest guys in town to replace your plumbing? I highly recommend and will definitely do business with their company ??. ** ******
