      Pague 2000 dólares de enganche de 6500 que me cobraban para procesar mi caso de migración. El servicio incluía representación legal, asesoría y trámites, hablé con Eliana, representante de esta compañía... Quien por cierto opera de una manera predatorial, cuando quieren ti dinero te llaman diario, contestan en tiempo y forma, y hasta te acosan para adquirir el servicio. Empecé dándoles 1000 dólares pero ellos querían 2000 para empezar el papeleo, se los di... Complete los dos mil un Feb 2025, es Abril 1 y no han hecho nada, se toman 2 semanas para responderme y nunca te dan asesoría legal cuando uno tiene preguntas claves para avanzar con su trámite de migración, no solo perdí 3 meses (Desde Enero que empece a pagar, hasta hoy Abril 1 2025) sino que también perdi 2000 dólares, tengo tiempo límite para mi trámite y tuve que ir a pagar miles de dólares para un proceso express ya que Migración al Día JAMAS hizo nada por mi, cuando reclamé para un reembolso me dijeron que no era posible a pesar que JAMAS trabajaron en mi caso. Que esperando una llamada de la tal abogada Ana de Jesús Salazar y no cumplió con la agenda, me mandó un mensaje al día siguiente y me dijo que no se metía en reembolsos... Esta compañía es una estafa, te van a cobrar ante mano y no van a trabajar en tu caso, y tampoco te van a reembolsar tu dinero. ESTAFA, ESTAFA, manténgase alejado de estos modelos de negocio, no se hacen nunca responsables y te ponen en riesgo de deportación porque JAMAS trabajan en tu caso. No son confiables, no están acreditados con Better Business Bureau, y tienen pésimas reviews por todos lados. NO RECOMENDABLE.

      Very helpful when trying to engage a customer, but impossible to get an update on your process or even a reply once you have already paid the initial fee. Poor (or inexistent) communication, no reporting, no specific contact to deal with. Exasperating :(

      Son unos estafadores! Salgan corriendo! Son una empresa colombiana que una vez que les quitan su dinero no hacen nada y ni siquiera te lo devuelven! Manga de estafadores!!

      They are scammers! Run away! They are a Colombian company that once they take your money they do nothing and don't even give it back to you! Scammers manga!!

      Son las personas más mentirosas Uno contrata un servicio pero ellos lo cambian todo con el fin de obtener más dinero.

      They are the most liars. You hire a service but they change everything in order to get more money.

      I feel they scam people for their money. They promise you one thing and do not deliver. When question about their actions they get defensive. They are quick to get your money but slow to get your paper work sent to you. Went to their ********  page and read a lot of comments stating the same thing I, am complaining about.
