02/13/2021 - I purchased a 5-gallon ********* wet/day vacuum from a local retail store. The unit has a two-year warranty. 01/11/2022 - The motor on the unit would not start. I called the company. The representative emailed me a replacement form. I completed the form that day and sent it by way of my phone. The form states, once the request is reviewed and processed, the replacement will be shipped and should be received within 5-7 business days. Allowing 2 days for processing, the request should have been completed on or about 01/13/2022, and I should have received the replacement between 01/20/2022 and 01/24/2022. I did not receive it. 01/25/2022 - I called the company and asked about the status of my replacement. The representative could not find the my request. I completed another request that day and sent it by way of my phone. After I sent the request, I emailed her asking if she received the request. She stated she did. 02/02/2022 - I emailed the representative and asked about the status of my replacement. She did not return my email. 02/04/2022 - I called the company and asked about the status of my replacement. The representative stated that the representative that received my second request was not in and that the representative that processes the replacements was also not in. As of today, it has been 18 working days since the first request was received and no company representative has reached out to me to inform me of the status of my replacement, and I have not received it. At this time, I am convinced I will not be receiving a replacement per company warranty.Business response

Sam B*** with the Corporate office of Cleva North America said that I would receive a refund for my vaccuum. We communicated via email and he claimed a check would be sent in the mail as my refund. I never received a check in the mail. He did not follow through with what was told to me. I still want a refund.Business response

The check was sent out to Mr. ****** before he sent a changed address to us. We are resending the check this week and it should be delivered by the end of next week.
