    I ordered a dishwasher from Lowes to be delivered to my address by this third party delivery service. I spoke to dispatch as they called to let me know the driver was on his way. She asked if I could text the driver to let them know to leave it in my breezeway. I text the driver. The driver responded with an "okay". Item was never delivered. Their reason was that the customer did not respond in time. They were literally at my address as ring cameras show but did not leave the item. Never once did anyone say we can't leave it and did not reach back out to me. If I could leave no stars I would, just because they lied!

    Subject: Feedback on Hiring Process Dear Sam L******, Thank you for your prompt response. However, I find the entire hiring process with your company to be both unsettling and unprofessional. The decisions made, the feedback given after each interview, and the overall timeline created an impression that ultimately did not align with the final outcome. I turned down an interview with another company based on the encouraging feedback I received—not just from you but also from another manager I interviewed with. To be told I was a terrific candidate and an excellent fit after two back-to-back interviews, only to receive a completely different outcome, is both frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, this experience has raised serious concerns for me, especially after you equated my five years of experience to twenty within your company’s framework. This not only feels misleading but also discriminatory. I refuse to allow any company to undervalue my worth—especially when this process has now cost me another job opportunity that I could have accepted and been working at by now to support my family. Please remove me from your candidate board and contact list immediately. I have no interest in being a backup option for this company, and I will be sharing my experience on relevant review platforms to ensure others are aware of how I have been treated over the past three weeks.

    It’s best to buy from **** ***** instead!!! Bought a brand new refrigerator from Lowes in Hutto tx, delivered, and installed incorrectly by UST Delivery. They destroyed my brand new home, the wall, cabinets, and floor. I have mold, I had to provide evidence photos and video and they haven’t done anything!! They claim they didn’t do anything wrong!! Worst delivery company ever !! I will file a law suit to get my home fixed !! So negligent and don’t care about damages done to your home, installlers are incompetent. My brand new home has a hole in wall damages to cabinets and floors! I will not use my home insurance to fix that.. they are fully at fault negligent and incompetent! I do not recommend!

    UST, should not be in business they are crooks. As an IC. The recruiter tells you good stuff then it is downhill from there. They will charge you for any little thing ,the Admin and workers are very rude and there is no communication very unprofessional. This company needs to be looked into for their unethical business standards as well in house insurance company who charges various fees that make no sense, they get their cut and send the remainder back to UST. Also the Governing body needs to be investigated as well for direct involvement in this whole business scheme. Especially for the XDT in Carolinas and Texas. They receive zero stars.

    UST completed a delivery of my stove and fridge. They delivered the wrong fridge and when installing the stove, they drug it across my $20k wood floor - causing a gauge in the wood. I talked with Lowes who provided the info of UST "claims" department. I called and have spent the last 2 months getting the run-around. They accepted liability, however, they only offered $150 to repair the flooring........ I had the flooring company come out two different times and provide photos, a $987 quote for repair, and an explanation of the cost. UST keeps changing things they need, and refuse to offer anything more than the $150. The issue with this company is they handle their property damage issues in-house so they don't involve their insurance carrier, which would affect their insurance costs and coverage. Unfortunately the only people who suffer are the customers who think they have a professional installing their items. So, at this point, I am in the process of filing suit against UST and in discussions with upper management at Lowes regarding this experience and shedding light on the BBB complaints. Its sad that all of the complaints on BBB are exactly the same, the company has a 1-star rating, and they continue to go about doing business with no consequences.

    Horrible company to contract with protect yourselves if you work for them make sure you keep a paper trail. You will be severely under paided 50.00 dollars a stop that they will committ every tactic in the book to take that 50.00 dollars from you as well. The really want you to work for free. Work with a contractor for a month that wasnt insured they took his settlement and never paid us for our work if you work for them make it temporary..

    If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst business I ever dealt with. I was a contractor for them for a little under a year. After about 6 months we realized we were not profiting so we said ok let's give it a little while longer to see, understanding opening a business you won't see profit for a few months sometimes a year but based on the recruiters profit numbers we should see something right off the back but of course we tried to stay strong. We had 3 trucks running and still could not seem to get out of the hole. Upon further digging into our contract we realized 98 ventures and (True North) their insurance company was taking all the money for their fees. We contacted both parties and of course their blaming each other for the fee amount being pulled out. So they said the more you make is the more they take. For example we made $6,500 a week after the settlement payout after fees, we were left with $1,200 that was the average. We made $9,600 one week and they left us with $71.00 and we had to pay 6 employees. HOW???$ 71.00??? There have no morals and they don't care and when we realized what was going on we contacted the VP and President of UST, a few weeks later they terminated our contract for no reason. Then tried to get us to sign a mutual termination agreement because they were suppose to give us a 30 day notice which they did not and tried to make it seem like we wanted to terminate our contract but all we wanted was our money. Sad part is we still have not received any payment. UST IS A BUNCH OF THEIVES GETTING RICH OFF THE POOR MANS BACK. That's so Sad. BUT STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE RECRUITER MAKE IT SEEM. THEY FLASH DOLLARS IN YOUR FACE TO HOOK YOU IN.BUT YOU WONT SEE CLOSE TO THAT AMOUNT WHEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. I GUARANTEE YOU.

    A UST driver was making a delivery in an alley to a neighbor on July 3, 2023 at 7:30 PM. As his ****** box truck was leaving, the driver crashed into my chain-link fence and destroyed the gate. The driver drove away without stopping. I witnessed the event. My neighbor witnessed the delivery. I traced the delivery truck through the neighbor’s ****** order number to the ****** store #**** at **** ***** ***** ****. in Austin, TX, general manager David G*****. I filed a police report with the Austin Police Department. I later filed a complaint with UST about reparations and they denied my claim. Yet I watched the UST driver damage my property and they still denied my claim. My wife and I are retired senior citizens living on social security and we are disappointed that large corporations like UST and ****** are taking advantage of us.

    Worked for this company 6 plus years Robbed a lot of money from me as a contractor. They have no respect for the hard working Contractors that make them Their money Stolen over 10,000 dollars from me some 90,000 . You have 98 ventures handle the the claim they do nothing no investigation nothing charge the Contractors thousands of dollars Do not work For them they are crooked and not fair . Not one ounce of respect . Beware don’t work for this company they will put you through hell!!! They have no contacts and still take your money ask outrageous amounts of insurance when they make hardly nothing these contractors. It’s sad and Beware don’t go near them crooks . And very unfair they toss you to the curb if they have no use for you . They should put a Class action Lawsuit on this business. If they don’t change their name this is the fourth name change . Robbing everyone’s money …Don’t work for them trust me!!

    I worked with this company as an Independent Contractor. When it all started I spoke with recruiter who really didn’t stated what his job entitled but was very helpful and got process started. After completing everything and getting truck everything went downhill from there. The communication was terrible, how you are treated is terrible and what is expected/promised doesn’t get fulfilled. I worked with 3-5 people(I guess they were assigned to me or other way around)who gave conflicting information almost daily. They say they were there to support but only helped when it benefited them ie getting a route/stop completed. Can’t get any answers about money and hiring or my employees and charges that came with that. Information is never passed down until after charges are applied and taken. We are charged for any issues within a customers home or property regardless if customer is lying or not. Seems like everything is set up for IC to lose. They want you to grow but don’t care how many DOT violations they force you to commit to save yourself money. They will send you on a route with 230 miles 17 stops and 16 hours approximately of time to complete with no end time. Some IC’s be delivering product at 10 to 11PM just because they charge you more than they pay you if you return something to the store. Even if DOT doesn’t allow you to drive as long as they route you for, when I explained this I was told by UST employees that DOT hours don’t start until you are loaded and leave dock. Which is completely incorrect. I could go on for days about how UST has a terrible relationship with IC’s(especially in Texas)I have worked with two different groups of people with UST and both sets of people acted the same way about a lot of the same issues which made me feel this is what the company is teaching it’s employees and this is just how they operate. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU ARE DOING OR PLAN ON DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AN IC IN TEXAS.
