    I was extremely happy with the service STR provided. They were always on time, helpful, friendly, and professianal. They were communicative, keeping me advised of scheduled pickups. I was so pleased that I requested their service for the 3 months I needed transport. One cannot have asked for better service. I recommend them highly with no reservation.

    STR provides reliable and friendly service to its clients. My husband I hired STR to take my mother in law from her nursing home to medical appointments and other outings. STR showed up every time early, prepared and flexible. Sometimes the nursing home staff had my mother in law up and dressed and ready to go, sometimes not. STR drivers were able to roll with punches and get my loved one where she needed to go and safely back. I can't recommend STR's services enough.

    I have had the pleasure of meeting Shannon T*****, owner of STR Transport Services. I used the service just recently and found it to be very reliable and comfortable. Communication was key from the beginning. The service pick up was exactly on time as scheduled & most reliable. My over-all experience was that of trust and comfort. I will continue to use STR for all my future transportation needs. I feel fortunate that this service is available and affordable. I feel like I have met a friend who truly cares & is compassionate.     I have used STR transport three times for medical appointments and have found they exceeded my expectations every time. They have been early for the pickup at my home and at the conclusion of my appointment. In fact on one occasion they were concerned that due to timing there could be a 15-20 minute delay due to timing to pick me up so they opted to wait at the doctors office while I completed my appointment. If you have used **** or **** I am sure you can relate to having to wait for over an hour to get picked up for the trip home. I will continue to use this service and continue to speak highly of them to anyone needing this type of help and understanding.
