    This lender Valarie with upstate mortgage not only over qualified my loan, to cover up her mistakes but being a 1st time homebuyer, I did everything that We were coached to do. In returned all orders that were made for inspection; are not trying to be pinned on myself. The communication was not there. We were sent in a circle for months. Only to be deeper in not finding a home in enough time. Due to the neglect and mistakes, but now also having to deal with courts.

    We worked tirelessly - as we do with all of our clients - on this loan. There were so many issues that I cannot go into. We have an excellent record of closing loans that others can't. There was no neglect nor were there mistakes on our part.

    As any company would come back with feedback that no mistakes were on their part. This is highly unfortunate this did not happen in my case. I have email’s and a multitude of text messages as this was their preferred method of communication. Phone calls never were answered or returned. Thankfully I have all records provided where we were over quoted and provided incorrect information. Integrity is everything. Just own your mistakes! As there were and are more than enough to show that not only was I provided incorrect Information but I also have so many documents showing a covered up mistake. As I continued to keep my realtor, and the next lender. There were absolutely no issues as you are stating in your reply that you had “trying” to approve the loan. I have since opened/closed and moved with no issues. Whether you have a great history or not; in opening and closing. Maybe others haven't came forward and or maybe there was a lot of issues on your company at the time of my loan. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism to a point of reporting. Again, own the mistake.
