    This place is ridiculous. How's an hour? Kids are trying to get back on our feet and this was the cheapest place we could get in order to do that. There are German roaches, regular roaches and bed bugs everywhere. They will not do anything to take care of this problem. We are forced to take care of this problem by ourselves and spend our own money even though the hotel is charging us still. The main occupants of this place are roaches. And bed bugs. Maintenance has to be hounded over weeks to fix anything. Our bedboard fell off the wall and they have still not gotten to it yet. My children are in danger physically and health wise. Went into the bathroom last night and turned on the light. There must have been 30 roaches that scattered on the floor on the walls in the tub on the toilet. Bed bugs are seen everywhere at night. The owner should be ashamed to charge people to stay here. This problem needs to be fixed and they need to take care of the bugs and the guests that stay in their hotel.     The complainant ***** ******, can not be found in our computer data base as having been registered to a room here at the Super Lodge. But after some further investigation of the issues mentioned in his complaint, I have found the room in which he is speaking. This room has been given numerous verbal and written warnings about clutter and condition of the room. On the day the complaint was submitted to BBB the registered guest was given notice that her room was again flagged for unkept conditions and would not be rented again on her check out date. This was 4 days from then. The guest has pest control issues due to the conditions that she herself has caused. Maintenance has gone several times for pest control and sprayed and treated where they could but due room clutter and conditions it was impossible to treat effectively. 

    As for the fallen headboard issue, it wouldn't have fallen if the guest had left the beds in the position they found them when they checked in. Instead they chose to rearrange room furniture to suit them. 

    The Super Lodge strives to diligently take care of guest issues as soon as possible for every room. All guests have a rules sheet they must read and sign upon check in. This sheet states that all rooms must remain tidy and clutter free or you'll be asked to vacate your room. This is signed by all check ins, 

    We are sorry for the inconvenience the guest experienced but staff worked with her so many times.
