            On 8/27/21 we used Ronnies Moving Service to move our belongings from our townhouse in ************ Sc to our new home in ******** *** SC. They damaged an item in the garage (cracked glass) & I let it go. They damaged our 6 month old leather sofa. Looks scraped along cement. I tried to go thru the company we bought it from, we have an extended plan, but it wasn’t covered due to moving. I called Ronnie & told him of the issue. Explaining why I didn’t reach out to him first & he hung up on me. He claimed to have insurance but feel like he doesn’t. He was rude & arrogant to me & hung up. I don’t want anyone else to experience this horrible mess. He needs to resolve it or be shut down. Poor excuse of a reliable moving company.
