1/12/22 i took my car to have diagnostic for oil leak and battery keep my car for three days after said in done they cost me $2630.12 to fix the leak and replace battery two weeks later my car still leaking took it back again they keep my car overnight for mechanic to look at it next morning after i got my car fix the second time a week later my car start leaking againg this they told me is different from before so i have to pay for it if the have to fix they said is my coolant is leaking and told ( Ken M ) the only problem i have beafor is a leak now still leaking and they telling me is different from the orther leak that they fix for people that reading this be aware about dealer auto service thank youBusiness response

After customer brought their vehicle back from previous repair (oil leak) vehicle was diagnosed and determined to have a coolant leak, the customer was informed the vehicle is leak is coolant not oil. Customer was given an estimate for the water pump replacement and declined repairs. The water pump is not related to the previous repair and was not evident at the time of inspection on the previous repair. Customer was informed that a 20 plus year old vehicle and high mileage is subject to me mechanical failure it is unfortunate but not related. Fairway Ford will be glad to offer the customer 20% off the repair as a goodwill jester.
