A vehicle purchased at auction with Integrity Texas Funding as lienholder requires a lien release or a letter of "no interest" in order to be registered by the new owner. We do have the Repo Affidavit's but Texas DMV requires the lien release or a letter of no interest. The auction the vehicle was purchased in is not able to issue the release. If you could please help sort this out it would be greatly appreciated!

I have been trying to get a lien release on my vehicle for numerous years. I have not been successful at all. My lien was back 5/23/2009, I have reached out to everyone possible, and my call is forwarded or requested to fax this or email that. Years later I still am not able to get a clean clear title. I am needing to title my car in the current state I am living in. This is very frustrating and getting a lien release should not be this difficult.

I had a loan through a title loan agency. The loan has been paid for 2 years. I went to get my title in order to sell the vehicle only to find out that there is still a lien on the title. I have made phone calls and was told that my title was in the mail. Here we are 2 months later and there is no title. I called the local title office to see if maybe the lien had been released. I was told that the lien was not released and I would not be sent a title because it was electronic. I just need a clear title for my vehicle.

On 6/28/2024 I went to Credit Services Organization at **** ******* **** **** ** El Paso Texas 79915 for a vehicle title loan. I was approved for $1205 and was told that if I gave the amount due before the scheduled due dates that I would be credited towards the principle balance. So on 07/25/2024 I went in before the scheduled date of 07/28/2024 and gave the first scheduled payment of $254.44 because they said that for a good review that I gave them after the loan on 06/28/2024 a $100 credit was applied to the first payment. But then they said that the payment of 254.44 and the $100 credit would NOT be credited because I failed to make a payment before the 07/15/2024???? I feel that I was deceived and purposely lied to since the attached document says that my first payment is not due till 07/28/2024. I understand that such loan companies have the authority to charge outrages interest rates but its not right for this company to lie and deceive me about the "due dates". I humbly request your assistance, thank you

We tried to get a copy of our title with the TX DMV and they stated this company still had a lien on our Ford Explorer 2009. This vehicle has been paid off for years at this point but the DMV stated this company did not send over a release of lien. We cannot find any contact information for this company in order to get this resolved. This seems very fraudulent and we hope we can get our copy of the title and release of lien as soon as possible.

So 2/2/24 I bought a car that had no title I was aware of that but not that it had a lien on it from 2019 did a vin check on the vehicle it came up clean no active liens or anything negative against the title. They won’t communicate with me nor a banding title company to just find out if a release was issued. I understand privacy concerns were not asking for the release itself or any personal information or the air the person breathes just if one was ever issued for the vin if it wasn’t I can turn the vehicle over to them and I take the loss of a purchase they’d win either way. The vin in question is ***************** and I can’t just go to the lending agent since their location is 100+ mile round trip

On January 27, 2024 I traded in a 2015 Ford Fusion and I had title lien on this vehicle and the dealership said that they could pay off the vehicle. I provided them with the account number and phone number of the location. I check was cut and mailed to Integrity Texas Funding. I spoke with A Cindy at Integrity Texas Funding and she informed me that she mailed a check on February 5, 2024 to Corporate office of the title company. I have spoke with that office and they say they have not received any funds. I have been calling Cindy for the last week and she will not take my call, all I can do is leave a message. The title company has also reached out but no response. Just trying to figure out what they did with the funds. Just want the loan cleared up. Interest is being charged daily
