    Applied for apartment Feb 28th 2024. Was told the apartment was already applied to by another individual but my application can be moved to another apartment. On March 15 I was told I was approved for the apartment and was waiting on the tub to be resurfaced. One March 27 I was told all the apartments are occupied, no one called to let me know, or sent any emails. For a month I have been promised I was waiting on the tub to be resurfaced. The company does state all phone calls are recorded for training purposes.

    ****** ****** was approved and communicated we were waiting on items to be finished in the apartment before we could move her in.  I think there was confusion on my leasing agents end, and when ****** called in and spoke with him instead of the Property Manager, he did not see any availability on the website for this property so he told her we did not have anything available.  I have attached the lease as proof that **** ****** has moved in and taken possession of the apartment.  Please let me know if you need anything further from me.  I will make sure that our leasing agent and property manager are communicating effectively to avoid this confusion in the future.  Thank you.
