This incident happened on Tuesday January 11, 2022 @1700h. This occurred at Store#1822. My wife had the rudest experience from this location today. They went up there to get some food. They made the pizza and skimped on the toppings. After she paid for the pizza she looked at it, and was disappointed with the quantity of bacon on the pizza. She asked to speak to the manager (The individual was Caucasian and did not want to disclose his name.) There were two managers present and neither one wanted to approach the counter. They were trying to tell the cashier to relay the message. Then my wife stated "No, I would like to speak to the manager." The manager then came over to the counter and became belligerent, rude, and uncouth and spoke to my wife in a very foul tone. He raised his voice stating that there was enough bacon on the pizza and my wife said no it's not and he repeatedly ordered the cashier to give her a refund. She had to request a refund receipt from the cashier because it was not voluntarily given. My wife asked to reorder and she was told NO by the manager as he continued to tell the cashier to give her a refund. I'm pleased to announce the Most uncouth business in South Carolina. Stay clear of this establishment. They're definitely not getting any recommendations. I'M REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THE CHANNEL 7 NEWS.
