Someone is using my phone number for text alerts and transactions which isn't me. Sense they provide no support for such a thing (not having to answer phones must save them money)... I can't get my number removed from their systems. I have no sense of security from this company, only anxiety.

Mr. ******, It looks like you are an emergency contact for someone who has a medical alert in GA. This was given to us by the end user when the help button was set up.
